Stars and constellations
You earn a star for each calm reply and each lesson you finish. Stars form constellations:
- The Steady Hand: 10 calm replies
- The Bridge: saying yes 5 times to the other parent’s requests
- The North Star: finishing setup and choosing your words
- The Compass: finishing 3 lessons
Lessons
Five short lessons, in steps of a minute or so: one request per message, facts before feelings, the 24-hour rule, talking to kids about two homes, and saying thanks. Each ends with a question, and shows why the answer helps. Lessons come with Sovela coaching; your sky and check-ins are always free.
How you’re feeling
Check in with how you’re feeling, from rough to great, with a note if you like. A hard day erases nothing.
