Safety and privacy

Co-parenting apps have been used to watch and pressure people. Sovela is designed so that can't happen through it.

No tracking

Sovela never collects anyone's location. An exchange is recorded as having happened, never where.

Delivery is confirmed, with text or email backup. Read times are never collected.

Nothing on the lock screen

Notifications and texts never name Sovela or show what a message says.

Lock the app with Face ID.

Private stays private

Your private notes and documents don't exist on the other parent's side. Your attorney sees only what you choose to share.

Only with consent

Belonging to a firm never gives anyone access to a family's records. Only the family's consent does, and it can be ended.

Every professional or staff read, consent change and export is written to an audit log that shows any tampering.

Kept in your country

American families' records are kept in the United States and Canadian families' in Canada.

Help that puts safety first

If a question suggests someone is in danger, Sovela answers with crisis lines first, before anything else.

Ask how to do something and get an answer from Sovela's help articles, quoted and linked. Only your question is sent, and Sovela doesn't keep it.

AI that stays in its lane

Your draft is checked by Sovela's servers in your country and isn't kept. Nothing reaches the other parent until you send it.

When a draft runs hot, Sovela offers a calmer version that keeps your facts, numbers and dates exactly as you wrote them. You decide what's sent.

The AI provider keeps none of your words (zero data retention). Coming.

If you're in danger, call 911 (US and Canada). For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
