The compliance table
Counts against the plan over the past year, the same way for both parents, and never a finding.
The Compliance tab counts, for each parent, over the past year:
- exchanges kept
- exchanges on time (within 15 minutes)
- replies within 48 hours, where a reply was needed
- support paid in full
- shared expenses answered within 14 days
Each cell shows Met, Mixed (at least three in four), Not met or Not applicable. Open a row to see the entries behind it and how it’s counted.
- Both parents are counted the same way.
- A missing check-in is never counted against anyone.
- An entry a parent marked as about safety is shown but not counted.
- Reply times are counted only where a reply was asked for.
A count is not a finding and does not say why. Sovela never labels or scores a parent.
