Working as a mediator or parenting coordinator

Both parents consented to your access, it has an end date, and either parent can end it. You never see either parent’s private space. Every view is written to the audit log.

The workspace

• Overview: the family, this month’s overnights for each parent (counted the same way for both), upcoming exchanges, and how many decisions are open.
• Open decisions: unagreed schedules, holidays, swaps, expense splits, support terms and disputed expenses, with each parent’s position side by side in their own words. Sovela counts; it doesn’t conclude. Add any of them to the agenda.
• Calendar: the next four weeks for each child.
• Money: the shared expenses.
• Compliance: the same counts attorneys see.
• The plan: each term with the plan’s words, what it means, and whether the parents read it the same way.
• Agenda: items both parents see. Mark them done as you go.

You have one thread with both parents. Both parents see everything sent there, so no one is discussed behind their back.
